The Ekilibrium Pilates Studio is located in Porto, near Avenida dos Combatentes and Quinta do Covelo.
Classes
In our studio, we offer a variety of Pilates classes, tailored to your needs and preferences:
• Individual Pilates classes with equipment (reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Lader Barrel, etc)
• Double Pilates classes with equipment (reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Lader Barrel, etc)
• Group Pilates classes with a maximum of 4 students, using equipment (Pilates MatWall, held in the wall unit, small barrel and magic circle)
• Matwork Pilates group classes, with a maximum of 6 people, using yoga mats and small equipment
In addition to Pilates classes, we also offer other modalities to promote your well-being, including:
• Yoga

• Barre
• Stretches

The registration fee, which includes insurance, is €50.
We inform you that individual or double classes will be scheduled according to the availability of the teacher and student.
We would like to inform you that the trial class will cost equivalent to the value of a separate class. If the student chooses to enroll in the studio, this amount will be deducted from the first monthly payment.
